We’re here to help! As 8BY8 coaches we work with junior clubs to help coach and organise their teams, aiming to facilitate as many opportunities as possible. Added to the junior clubs, where we get invited to do so, we will put 8BY8 ‘showcase’ squads together to play against academy teams.
With over 20 years of junior football coaching and management including elite academy and senior team management we’re in a position to guide and advise both players and parents.
We currently work closely with Richmond Rovers Junior Football Club, one of the biggest clubs in the UK, where we deliver the 8BY8 Pathway through their junior section for teams currently at U6, U7, and U8 including 2 girls only teams. We also work with Mountfield Rovers Junior Football club coaching and assisting with their U8 Girls team.

Our system in place means the teams will train once a week with the 8BY8 coaches following our team development programme and play fixtures at the weekend managed by a parent coach, whilst overseen by an 8BY8 coach where possible.
Additional sessions: Alongside the team training we run the Advanced Technical Development sessions which are a choice driven session for anyone looking for detailed individual development training.
